JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure CRM is used on a daily basis to manage the following:-
Appointment arrangement
Appointment reports - to be updated on the day of the activity with accurate & comprehensive notes
Internal communication - key business correspondence is tracked
Performance against target - all sales opportunities to be updated daily with revenue and likelihood
You will be targeted on 15 external meeting per week across media agencies and outdoor specialists
You will be required to utilise industry tools such as mintel, tgi and postar

Skills required
Sound knowledge of media and if possible creative planning, research and evaluation tools
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Computer literate
