A fantastic, fast growing market research agency is looking for a quant Research Manager to join their Pharma team. If you want to work for a medium size agcy & love helping clients gain insight into their business then this is a role for you.
They are one of the few agencies in the industry that have a very strong offering of research methods which adds depth & insightfulness in the application of research and to their client deliverables. Your key responsibility will be the design and delivery of research projects and you will be managing projects from inception to delivery and have hands-on involvement in project management. You will be working within a very friendly team.
Ideal Candidate:
• Extensive experience in quantitative research
• MUST have research agency experience
• Experience in Pharma / Healthcare a distinct advantage
• Must have proven ability to lead research projects from inception to delivery
• Experience of managing clients/suppliers/agencies required
• Ideally well-versed with various research methodologies
• Fantastic numerical & analytical skills
• Ability to interpret data and ”tell the story”
• Great report writing skills
• Must be able to deliver key insights rather than merely be a “researcher”
• Experience of qual will be an advantage but not essential
• Some experience of line management will be desirable but not essential
