A strong man manager and business developer is needed to come and join this rapidly expanding financial solutions network.

My client is looking to recruit an experienced sales manager with a strong track record in driving telephone sales teams to beat targets.

The right candidate will be able to motivate the team to maximise sales by effective prospecting and rapid conversion of leads to opportunities. She/he will also be capable of personally upselling major clients in face-to-face meetings, and developing higher-value revenue opportunities in co-operation with editorial and senior management. She/he should be a confident ‘face’ at events around the world and should be willing and able to grow with the role.

Key skills:
Establishing, developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships and strategies that increase sales revenues. Exhibits well-developed selling, negotiating and closing skills. Communicates effectively with clients to achieve desired outcomes. Coordinates sales related trips and activities to meet goals. Develops a rapport with others. Engenders trust among clients. Listens effectively to clearly hear and understand what others are communicating. Prioritizes and organizes work to achieve work outcomes. Exercises good judgment in communicating information. Clear, articulate, tactful, professional and persuasive speaking manner for telephone and personal contact. Possesses excellent writing skills for written communications with clients.
