An enthusiastic, curious and clear thinking team comprising individuals with a range of experience – qual, international brand and mystery shopping programmes, retail consumer and financial services are looking for an experienced Research Manager to join on initially 6 month fixed contract with a view to become a permanent team member!
They are seeking a candidate who’s got a good sense of humour and who loves innovation & creativity. Key projects you will get involved with include brand tracking & evaluation, Brand & Comms, Customer Relationship Research & Mystery Shopping amongst others.
The successful candidate will be involved in day to day management and development of key accounts within the Consumer, Finance & Professional Services. This role is ideal for an experienced candidate who is looking to enhance their client facing project management and analysis/insight skills working on high profile studies for blue-chip management and reporting, whilst receiving support and mentoring from senior team members.
Ideal Candidate:
• Ad-hoc quant research experience essential
• Familiar with designing research solutions & writing proposals
• Fantastic client relationship building abilities & client-facing experience a MUST
• Proven track record of running custom research projects
• Knows how to design de-brief (with guidance from senior staff)
• Familiar & comfortable with high level presentations
• Educated to a degree or similar level
• Excellent Project Management skills & understanding of all stages of research process
