Associate Director – Financial & Business Services (Research Agency) – unique role !!!
Salary: £40k-£55k (negotiable depending on experience)

A well known research agency is looking for an Associate Director for their Financial & Business Services division situated in Central London.
This role is an exciting and unique opportunity in the current research marketplace!! The Financial & Business Services sector is comparatively new, but growing fast and therefore there is almost limitless scope and opportunity to directly contribute to its future growth and reputation in the marketplace.
The successful candidate will lead and manage UK-based and international research projects, key client accounts and relationships and developing new business. This role will involve significant client liaison and team leadership responsibilities. Ideally, the candidate will have strong quantitative and client servicing experience in the financial sector either agency or client side.
The AD will be responsible for all aspects of ad hoc research studies from set-up through to completion.
Ideal Candidate:
• Must have a sound knowledge of principle ad-hoc methodologies including online, face-to-face & telephone
• Good knowledge and interest in the financial sector in the UK and/or elsewhere
• Proven track record of a full research lifecycle from writing winning proposals including costings to final project delivery & presentations
• Must have worked in the research agency
• Very strong quant skills & excellent understanding of statistics
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good project management & client handling skills
• Must understand SPSS, Quanvert & other data processing packages
