Quantitative Researcher - amazing boutique consultancy! - up to £35k

Based at the heart of London’s West End, our client is a full service research consultancy specialising in segmentation, brand strategy, innovation & communications.
They believe in working hard in order to deliver the best results to their clients, but they also like to have fun – so they have a generous entertainment budget, go abroad on annual trips etc. Their loft-like designer offices are open plan and a culture is totally meritocratic & relaxed. All employees receive an annual performance-related bonus and private healthcare.
They are now looking for like-mined QUANT RESEARCHER (at RE-SRE level) who can add value to the mix. For the right candidate salary will be negotiable but you must come form a recognised & respected agency where you have gained a sound understanding of quant research methodologies & end-to-end research process. A strong academic record will also be an advantage.
Ideal Candidate:
• If you are hungry to move up – this is a role for you!
• You must come from a respected research agency
• You must be a quant guru with an intelligent approach to problem solving & intellectual curiosity
• A strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies, and statistical techniques
• A good knowledge of SPSS or similar analysis packages
• Fantastic presentation skills
• You are able to look at the set of data and tell the compelling story with insights in an engaging fashion (this will be tested at the interview process)
• In other words you must be able to reduce complex analysis to simple and compelling stories for clients
