The Company has a portfolio of award winning websites and online services along with more than 100 market leading magazines, directories, direct marketing services, industry conferences and awards covering over 18 markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia.
The Role
Managing a team of 3 key account managers, you will be responsible for helping maintain this market leading product’s online recruitment revenue.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering and exceeding budgeted magazine revenue
• Responsible for delivering and exceeding online revenue targets and
rapidly growing online market share.
• Lead, motivate and engage a professional sales team to achieve
individual and team targets
• Ensure effective territory management across teams and geographies.
• Deliver upon customer retention plans and drive new business and
customer acquisition expectations.
Experience Required:
• Applicants will need to demonstrate a successful track record in business
to business media sales (print or online) and strong key account and
sales management.
• Applicants will need to have significant experience driving large revenue
streams, project managing the development, launch and subsequent
sales of these products.
• Able to assimilate information quickly and meet targets and deadlines.
• Proven presentation skills to individuals and groups.
• Clean driving license.
• Self motivated & capable of using own initiative.
• Commercial awareness and ability and desire to succeed.
• Flexibility – this is not a 9 – 5 job.
• A proven track record of sales.
• A media / publishing, and public sector background and/or recruitment
experience is preferred but not essential.
