TV Manager - High profile FMCG account!

Key responsibilities of the role:
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing TV airtime across a portfolio of brands
• Ensure delivery of targeted and competitive TV activity which match client needs and objectives
• You will be developing relationships with media owners to ensure campaigns are bought within guidelines and added value is gained where possible
• Utilise research, analysis and audience measurement systems to develop effective TV schedules and plans
• Compilation and presentation of buying reviews to clients
• Informing clients and presenting on developments within the media marketplace and future opportunities
• Management of junior reports; ensuring their development and managing their workloads
Key skills required:
• In order to be considered for this role you will need to come from a TV buying role, from within a media agency, to a manager level or equivalent - planning and buying across the TV marketplace
• You will need to have a strong appreciate and knowledge of the TV marketplace and programming
• Ideally you will have worked on blue chip accounts
• You will need to display strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop relationships with senior media owners
• You will need to be confident in working to deadlines and be effective under pressure
• You will need to have strong attention to detail
• You will need to display strong leadership and management skills and be confident in inspiring/training those around you
