This is a one off opportunity for a director’s level qualitative business guru to lead one of the most important UK business units for this famous top global agency.
The role:
This high profile positions calls for a unique dynamic leader who can work as part of a senior management team and enthuse all stakeholders including colleagues and clients. The agency is famous for servicing some of the most prestigious clients around and thus The Head of Qual will lead development of client relationships, whilst also working in conjunction with other senior directors in the business and leading and developing the key talent within the team.
Main Responsibilities:
The work is incredibly strategic, exciting & varied and ranges from full P&L account responsibility through to developing detailed business plans encompassing branding &innovations, customer behaviour, behavioural segmentation & concept development.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a versatile & creative Qualitative Head of Business who will also drive business development activities & influence development of Group’s qualitative research at global level. Hence a hardened networker and Qual Evangelist is called for who’s got first class Qualitative, leadership, management and commercial skills at the international level.
