A Market leader in Cinema Advertising is recruiting of a Sales Insight Executive to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Being the key contact on all matters relating to admissions reporting and forecasting, and you will provide regular analysis to Sales.
Communicating sales reports to the management teams and ensure that all month end financial reporting is reconciled with Finance.
To maintain all regular revenue reports to sales/senior management
To identify all reporting requirements within Sales and implement reporting tools
To achieve and maintain Advanced level Excel skills and provide training within sales where necessary
To ensure all month end financial reporting is reconciled with Finance
To provide ad hoc analysis as and when required
Assist the Sales Controller in order to achieve the objectives of their role
To maintain advanced skills in all reporting tools relevant to the role eg EDI, Nielsen, IP Accord
Making sure appropriate systems and processes are in place to efficiently administer Deal monitoring
Forge good relationships with relevant departments internally and externally to ensure robust admissions forecasts
Skills and Experience
• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Media environment preferably cinema or television
• Minimum of intermediate excel skills but preferably advanced
• Demonstrate a keen interest in Cinema/Film
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to demonstrate ability to work under pressure
• Able to demonstrate good time management and a meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy skills
The ideal candidate will be highly personable and enjoy working in a team. Both enthusiasm and ambition are essential and being able to self-motivate and use initiative are crucial. A sense of humour is imperative in an environment that can be stressful as well as fun. The ability to establish good working relationships with peers is essential to the role.
