This hugely exciting role has become available due to new business acquisition and is the opportunity for a digital specialist to take the step up and take a lead in the business of this independent start up digital agency!
The Role
* To manage all digital output for a range of clients
* To devise digital strategy across all digital channels and ensuring ideas are tailored and targeted to your clients' needs
* To manage relationships with senior clients, to understand their business and to ensure they are kept informed on the marketplace
* To manage a team of junior reports, to inspire them and lead their development
* To have an awareness of acquisition led strategies
* To be involved in new business where necessary
* Take a proactive approach to the wider business
The Candidate
* This is a senior hire for this agency and they require a candidate with strong expertise within the digital sector
* You will need to have established your digital career within a media agency or digital specialist to a digital AD position
* You will need to confident in discussing all areas of digital strategy and have the ability to devise strategy with a media neutral approach
* You will need to have an integrated approach to digital and an appreciation for the links to offline media
* You will need to be confident in managing relationships both internally and externally
* You will need to be someone who is keen to get involved in the wider running of a growing agency and have an entrepreneurial attitude
* You will need to have experience of managing a team
