Exciting chance for a senior brand planning applicant to join a full service agency based in the Midlands. This role has a huge amount of scope in an agency with is pushing forwards very successfully with new business wins and plenty of new pitches on the cards. They will come from a brand media or creative planning background. The successful candidate needs to be inquisitive, innovate and an intuitive learner. They need to convey their arguments eloquently to influence both staff and clients. They need to work well with the teams around them/external partners and always seek and respect the points of view of others. They should demonstrate pro-activity and the ability to see projects and conversations through to their natural conclusion. Overall they must be able to take accountability for their work and actions and demonstrate their commitment to delivering both successful and surprising results.
