Client Services Director - high profile brand!
An exciting opportunity has arisen in this forward thinking media agency for a senior media expert, due to recent new business wins. Working across a number of brands under this significant holding company, this is a great opportunity to really lead a significant account within a growing media agency, based in Central London.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* To establish and develop senior client relationships; understanding their business needs, marketplace and advising them on their media and communications strategy
* To oversee and manage their media strategy, media output and campaign effectiveness
* To ensure processes are in place to effectively monitor campaigns and process consumer and sales data
* To advise your clients on the wider media marketplace, ensuring they are regularly informed on developments across digital and other emerging channels
* To oversee and manage a range of direct and indirect reports, ensuring the team is motivated and trained effectively
* To take a senior role within the agency, working across new business and additional revenue streams where necessary
Key skills required:
* As this is a senior level role within this growing media agency, a strong experience from within the media industry is essential - you will need to already be at an Account Director/Business Director level, from within a London Media agency
* Strong communications planning experience is essential
* A good appreciation for working on clients within the direct response marketplace or with a strong return on investment
* Strong management skills are also essential for this role
* Experience of managing high profile accounts with large spending media budgets
* Good knowledge across all media, including digital
* Overall passion for the media industry and an enthusiasm to develop your clients' media communications further
