Radio Manager - exciting high profile account!
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this growing media agency, based in the heart of Central London. After recently acquiring a range of new pieces of business, they are keen to expand their team of media specialists!
Key responsibilities of the role:
* To develop, devise and implement effective and targeted media solutions across all formats of radio media
* To ensure your clients understand the benefits of advertising on radio, how this can develop their brand further and developments within the sector
* You will utilise consumer insight and market data to ensure campaigns are effective, targeted and accountable
* You will need to be confident in developing relationships with media owners to effectively negotiating rates and gain added value for your clients
* You will need to work across teams to ensure the wider media strategy is implemented effectively and ideas are shared effectively
* You will need to manage/mentor junior members of the team where effectively
* You will need to keep the agency informed on wider developments within the radio industry
Key skills required:
* To be considered for this role you will need to have extensive experience of working within the radio industry in a planning and buying role from within a London media agency - to a senior planner buyer or manager level
* You will need to be confident in developing effective media solutions within the radio sector across all networks
* You will need to have strong negotiation skills
* You will need to have good interpersonal skills and be confident in developing relationships internally and externally
* Good client management expertise
