This leading consumer magazine publisher has been established over 10 years. With over 30 regular titles, many being the first or only titles in their sector! The Role
The role will require you to achieve display and advertorial targets across the portfolio, targeting new business and grow revenue from existing clients. You will target westend agencies and clients from areas such as motoring, travel and retail sectors working closely with other departments to formulate cross-magazine/media sales presentations/proposals.
Day to day tasks include:
• Developing relationships with existing clients
• Responsible for developing relationships with new clients
• Selling a portfolio of titles
• Presenting to west end agencies
The Candidate
The Candidate ideally will have display sales experience within national press or consumer magazines. They must be proactive and have the ability to work over a large portfolio of titles.
Key attributes to include:
• Proven experience and ability in sales, presentations and negotiations
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish good working relationships with agencies and clients
• Empathy with the portfolios subject matter and market sector
• Excellent organisation skills, constantly closing ten titles within portfolio
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, career orientated
This company are based in London in trendy offices and are looking for the perfect candidate to succeed in this role. The Company will pay up to £28,000 and offers a bonus & excellent benefits as mentioned above.
