The Company
Market leading B2B media owner with a successful portoflio of publications, exhibitions, conferences and websites. Based in central London.
Key Purpose
• To manage international accounts and develop new business, largely in German speaking countries and across Europe.
• Strategically managing and developing a portfolio of clients
• To establish, maintain and where possible improve client relationships through face to face meetings and outgoing calls to existing, lapsed and potential new business clients to maximise revenue.
• To deliver effective presentations and sales pitches, to clients.
• Manage accounts and have a thorough understanding of their business.
• Full understanding of the wide variety of products and services available in order to package the most appropriate marketing solution to the customer.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Be recognised by customers as a brand and industry specialist, knowledgeable and an integral part of their industry.
• To advise team on market trends and developments in order to maximise sales opportunities.
• To be a valuable team member, supporting and coaching where appropriate.

Experience
• Media sales experience.
• Digital / Sponsorship sales experience required.
• Proven ability of developing accounts
• Experience of meeting decision makers face to face
• Languages ideal but not essential
• International experience an advantage but not essential
