Key Purpose
- to sell corporate brand subscriptions to designated brands/ markets
- to manage, service and renew existing business
- to acquire new brand subscribers
Measures of Success
- Renewals
- New acquisitions
- Revenue
- Yield
- Number of client visits
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced skills in both phone selling and face to face
- Proven track record of selling at director level
- Proven ability in generating new business
- Track record of exceeding targets set
- Track record of working in and succeeding in competitive marketplaces
- ability to own a business sector and develop it profitably
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders to effectively identify new business opportunities.
Experience
- minimum 3 years face to face sales experience
- experience of selling subscription products
- experience in motivating colleagues
- proven track record in developing new business

- Drive, resilience and outstanding inter-personal skills
- Self motivated and ability to work on one’s own
- An ability to work under pressure
