Our client is one of the leading Media Agencies in the world with a global media network.

They are currently recruiting for Digital Metrics Analyst (DMA) for their international team.
The DMA Analyst holds an instrumental role within the DMA team (part of the Business Planning Department). The Analyst will work on marketing measurement and analytics projects under the guidance of the Head of Digital Metrics & Analytics. The Analyst will assist with the development of digital measurement strategies across multiple channels (e.g. display, search, site, social, etc.), measurement implementation plans, implementation and the provision of reporting and insights to clients in the form of presentations, written reports, etc.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of business experience in management consulting, marketing, advertising or interactive/technology consulting in an analytical (quantitative) role
2. Good experience of marketing campaign tracking and analysis (e.g. using adserver or bid engine data)
3. At least 1 year administrator-level experience with an enterprise-level web analytics solution (e.g. WebTrends, Omniture, etc.).
4. Knowledge of data flow sources, log file analysis, tag-based tracking, site measurement tools (e.g. WebTrends), cookie and query string implementation
5. Strong analytics skills and knowledge of statistical modelling techniques, segmentation and research techniques
6. Strong media and marketing background
7. Ability to present technical findings in a non-technical manner to clients and planners
8. Good inter-personal skills, capable of motivating internal and client teams to work with the DMA team
9. Degree in marketing, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field
10. Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
11. Highly proficient in Excel, proficient in Word and PowerPoint
12. Excel VBA experience an advantage
13. Knowledge of SPSS/SAS and database packages (e.g. MS Access) a plus
14. General knowledge of database design and applications
